Who we are
Dutch Valley Properties — the operating name of 1411 Dutch Valley LLC — is led by managing partners Jennifer Ide and Lucienne Ide. We work across the full life of a property: helping owners acquire, sell, and lease; managing homes and commercial spaces day to day; and designing and maintaining the landscapes around them. Residential and commercial, in the city we're based in and the mountains we love. Small, personal, and in it for the long term.
What we do
Acquisition, sales, and leasing of residential and commercial property — guided by long-term value, not just the transaction.
Day-to-day care of homes and commercial spaces: tenants, maintenance, trusted vendors, and the details owners would rather not chase.
Landscape design, installation, and seasonal maintenance — from intimate gardens to the grounds that set the tone for a whole property.
